CG's ad revealed no information, no name, vital statistics, no menu, no provincial background.

Is that a serious ad or just a teaser ad?

I suppose they are paying for the ads, so are they losing money until they finally open? I do not think its a great marketing strategy cause there are literally no materials to preview on their website.

They have a big enough initial budget and have money to burn. They not worried about it.
