I'm not sure about the details, but I think spas and these ther licensed places are not allowed to open later than 10pm in the city of Toronto according to one of my friends. I've been look around for a late night snack lately too but no luck...
The Korean style sauna place is called 汗幕蒸. There is one of this kind of place on Dufferin (north of Finch). The sauna place is like what you saw in korean drama. You can stay in there 24 hrs a day. The entry fee is $20 to use the facility for the whole day. The massage service is also available.
