From my experience, at least two mms (Stella, not in MW anymore now and Karina) from MW told me that a Chinese student trid to take vedio and got caught. She is kind of chicken out when I put my phone into my coat and had to ensure it 100% in my pocket.
I told her that she must tell her boss to take a photo of that guy in order to follow up if there's anything goes wrong. I think this is a good way to stop this kind of activity.

Right I do know some shops have a camera OUTSIDE. Which is different from INSIDE. Also, the point is why would you have a picture and send it to them and tell them I have a picture of you.
