I only know places like J San and Taro Fish. Does anyone know any other places, does not have to be take out can be restaurants as well.

I prefer Yasu and Jabistro over Skippa. I think Zen isn't bad either. I wouldn't go to places like Masaki Saito again, it's not worth it.
