or

Because depending on the context #1 she probably shouldn't have asked you and been more courteous.
# 2 She has full entitlement to ask, and in fact if you continued and got to creampie she gave you a discount. But even at $150, its still discounted.

So depending on the context of here. We shouldn't immediately blame the girl.

It's #1 situation. When I finished, the girl tried to find the condom so that she can hold it. But she failed, and when I took my penis out, the condom stays inside.

Oh I see, then she should not have charged you what so ever. It was an accident. To me it looks like she took advantage of you during this situation. I would've been pissed if an accident happens but the girl or agency tries to milk you for more money.
I wanted to see her before, but these things piss me off and I avoid girls who are like that.

Exact similar condom issue happened to me as well in rare occassions. Never paid extra money for that. But, in my case, some girls got freaked out when we realized NC. Those were not Japanese girls.
