If they stay in this shop for 3 weeks or under, there is a good chance they will live in the same room that they work. it will be more cost effective and better arrangement from SP perspective. Also agenda and shop owner does not need to arrange transportation and short term leasing for their own place

It may also depends on how "expensive" the girl is.
High price girls can have a 2b/1b1d unit in that she can stay in another room/den besides her work routine. Normal price girls can have a 1b unit in that she can only stay in the same room as she works.
Below normal price girls will share a room with a roommate in that she can only stay in the same room as she works and share it with someone else.
All above mentioned types may use the kitchen for food and drink access.

如果MM住在店里，我感觉大概率应该是上班和下班睡在同一个房间，以前约高价店MM见过有些MM是一个人住两房，中价平价店比较少见，中价平价店MM如果上班下班睡的是带卫生间的主卧室，应该蛮不错的。

和室友上班下班用同一个卧室那种超低价我目前还没有见过，也不会去
