昨天 BC较往年提前发布房屋估价，独立屋和townhouse 估价继续小幅攀升，公寓有所回落。

没错，利率这么高都跌不下来，一旦降息，恐怕更可能涨的更快

The value increases from BC assessments has factor in the local and past sell history. Look at the last 15 yr data, the market of Lower mainland has never been crushed but it may be flat.

Keep in mind, the housing demand still all time high. Based on the supply and demand principle, there is no reason for housing to go back 10 year ago level

I would not imagine the land value of my property went up 8% comparing to the previous assessment
