For agencies does the appointment time start when booker texts you information to go up or when you walk into the unit?

I think it’s when you walk into the unit. However, one Japanese girl used my scheduled time as the start time and only played like 35 min for a 45 min session.

Yes, I thought it was when I entered unit. Starting at the schedule doesn't seem to be fair? I've had previous bookers delay messaging me, residents trying to socialize with me and elevator delays...
