The keeper Elaine was a well know ex-mm and has been a keeper for years. Don't listen to this absurd suggestion of offering her $500/h . It is a matter of whether she wants to still do it or not. I can tell you that some keepers do. Just go to her place, tell her that you want to do her more than her mms and see if she obliges. If so, just offer her the same rate as her mms.

Indeed it is rare for any reputable and bigger operations to be Asian only. This is Canada guys, most businesses will need to gear for the mainstream gweilos.
