The above is only one of the reasons that I excluded Max from being in contention as a candidate for the  best F-1 driver in history.  In English, it is called "whatever it takes".

The 2023 Singapore F-1 GP has just ended.

It was a very exciting race once RB was removed from the equation.  There was more excitement inn the last 20 laps when both MB make a pit stop for new tires while the others did not.   Hamilton was in 4th, Russell was in 3rd but fractionally slower,  Norris was 2nd, & Sainz was still leading.  Russel had difficulty passing Norris but would not allow Hamilton to have a try.  Then Russell crashed in the final lap, but it was too late for Hamilton to have a go.

The race ended with Sainz, Norris, Hamilton.

Final word:
I have always suspected that RB had unfair advantage due to the fact that it was CONSISTENTLY 0.5"/lap faster than its nearest rival, which is unheard of in F-1 racing.  One or two races might be possible, but NEVER 1.5+ seasons.
Once the unfair advantage was removed, RB can do no better than 6th (?)!

redbull showed good race pace. they ended up in 5th... they are not as slow as you think..

next race is suzuka which is a aero heavy circuit.. we will really see where the cars at

it was an amazing race... ferari fucked themselves again. Left too much gap for double stacking end up giving away positions and they should have at least pitted 1 car when virtual safety car come on

If Russell did not crash (I think he was 15+" ahead of Max) on the final lap, Max would be in 6th spot!

The next stop for 2023's F-1 race is in Japan, this weekend.

If we look back into history, chances of having a wet race are higher which is more excitement/fun for spectators & a test for driver skills!

2023's Qualifying Sessions of Japanese F-1 has been completed:

Max, Piastri, Norris.

Several things puzzled me:

1.  How come Max could improve so quickly after Singapore?  May be RB has an on-board on-off switch for the banned flexible wings, just like Benneton for the then traction control which it claimed that it was never switched on, which was of course a lot of bull!
2.  What happened to Ferrari and MB?
3.  How come MB can't even beat McLaren who used MB's power unit??????

One driver to watch out for & I said this many races ago, when this rookie first appeared on the F-1 circuit, & that's Piastri.  He even out qualified his more experienced team-mate - Lando Norris, who will start in 3rd spot.

The Race will start at about 1300  (our time).  Not sure whether there will be life telecast, try Channel 516 or 517, but check your local TV Guide.
