For me, Condo is better,
House is too obvious. too easy to get notice.

Condo probably better, house usually more than 1mm and sometimes need to use shared bathroom for shower which I don’t like the most.

condo is safer if it is 1 on 1. u dont have to bump into other bro. also it much safer from a legal point of view.
