Anyone can be on the second floor. To be in the action, you would need consent from the other party. The third floor is the restricted floor for couples or some sort of MF combination. You can come as a couple or join with others. I guess going up you will need to be led by a female.
I went to club M4 with an ex-girlfriend and it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. Just a bunch of weird people hanging around 🙂 at least on that night

I don't think a girl needs to be interested in having sex with multiple people to go. Nonetheless, there might not be many girls who openly expressed their interest unless they are overtly sex-positive.
