plead not guilty
go to court, say you want to go to trial
I've done this 10+ times, never lost, even if police showed up, judge ask POLICE for proof beyond a reasonable doubt that I committed the offence, they never have it. I always go free, no money paid, no mark on my driving record.
Oh this does not work on running red light caught by camera, which I just never do anymore. |
