Dragon Legend on Woodbine is not bad.
But TBH, buffet concept seems be dying in GTA. It's all about AYCE now.

There's no more old fashion buffet anymore except Mandarin that comes to mind, long time ago there used to be China buffet King which was acceptable now it's a ghost town , like others have said mostly ayce

Yeah Mandarin is the only one but it's most catered for Western's pallet of what they call Chinese food. Honestly, would not recommend.
