You better hope it is lube.  I can't imagine a good medical condition where the girl's pussy is producing sugar.  Also, I read that a men with a good vegetarian diet high in fruits will produce sweet cum.  ;-)

She puts in good effort and ASB recommended her to me out of the others at the Mississauga location. So maybe VIP status is based on how much business she gets?
