I mean I don't disagree with you when you think about it but dam the shock of it coming from a good source with a great track record.
TBH, the economy is sooo wonky I am surprised it hasn't crashed more.

Too much money out there. That's why nothing drops, yet.

Think about Apple,it takes them no effort to raise $5-6 billions in junk bond this month to buyback their own stocks.

Until the free money created by the central banks are destroyed, we won't see asset prices to go much lower.

This is hyperinflation, not the usual inflation or stagflation people talking about out there.

Powell on Friday alone dropped the market by 4%
Fed is gonna hike hike until inflation is under control
But I do agree at this moment still too much cash on the sideline

The troubling part is, I do not see this "free money" ever stopping. Ever since we started bail out for "too big to fail" companies in 2008, we have opened the Pandora's box.
Now EVERYTHING is open to bail out aka free money, this is what we expect as a society

This is why boring old index funds are still the way to go for vast majority of people. There are always these types of managers who manage to get some massive gains over a short amount of time like with the Ark funds but they can never keep it up.
