Cathie Wood was a lucky, not skillful, fund manager

My friend who knows astrology stuff told me Wood is a great example of dumb luck.
He uses Chinese astro to pick winners. He made a lot of money this way.

His points:
1. Wood's luck was used up right at the time her funds peaked.
2. Since then every decision she makes would be wrong and it will persist for 10+ years.
3. Follow those who are in luck and fade those who are out of luck works all the time.

Not to "pick stock". He picks fund managers who are going to do well and those who are going to do badly.
Makes perfect sense.

Her strategy is to make biggest noise and make the management fee on fund inflow

I can't think of any find manager, who year over year produce a positive return. It's impossible, all these pundits know jack. Just their best guess, reason why they are still in industry is fees and a promise.
