大家觉得技术水平有多低才能导致Rogers全国长时间断网？

According to Cloudflare, it's the same maintenance update as Facebook that cause the blackout. Cloudflare is one of the leading info sector companies, many companies use them. This site use it. So they know what they are talking about, so no worries about being a cyber attack.

所以我4年以前到2年前回国之前就转了bell的网络，真亏rogers他们还好意思前两天打电话给我调查我之前转网的原因。要不是我涵养好，直接就应该问为什么别的公司就不会出类似的问题呢，你们事后补偿就补偿5天credit真的算有诚意吗？

Both have issues, Bell is notorious for billing "errors". Makes you call into them almost every month for fix credits. That's what happens when you have a duopoly.
