Agreed. This sort of decisions are not to be decided on the federal level...let the states do it

Biden administration is so timid, just putting up their hands and saying they cannot do anything.  They gotta fight fire with fire, McConnell is just dancing circles around them.  Their backup plan when their guy is not a president is working. It's truly sad
