EMT 可以有alternative solution吗？

出来玩，我不愿意泄露我的隐私。
我是单身，也不觉得在加拿大找妹子有什么丢人的（国内找妹子就要更小心），但是我就是不愿意泄露自己的隐私。
加拿大有个EMT的制度很奇葩，是为什么呢？是因为店家要知道客人的名字方便过滤客户吗？还是就为了保证狼友不会跳票？

有没有什么方法可以作为alternative solution？比如先去一趟交cash，或者买apple itune $100 gift card?
是不是约过一次之后算熟客以后就不用EMT定金了？比如D家是这样吗？

honest question about EMT, whats the big deal about giving a deposit? I know its an issue if you have a joint account with your wife but assuming you are single and nobody has access to your account then its ok right? The only information they get is your full name anyway

只能说每个人看待问题不同，我个人就连名字都不想让别人知道，emt直接pass。不过问问店家验证azn用户名如何，有些会接受的
