无套口交以及戴套性交会得HIV吗？

很多所谓的卫生机构来辟谣，都说无套口交只要不是那种嘴巴大量出血，或者带套性交出现保险套破损情况，得HIV的几率可以认为是零，这样的说法正确吗？

貌似是口的一方嘴里有伤口或溃疡，另一方有 HIV 的话，分泌的体液要达到足够的量就容易感染。如果你口腔没有任何伤口，事后马上漱口，感染的概率会大大降低。但如果你怀疑你中了，24 小时之内赶紧去打一针貌似叫封闭针还是啥的，过了这个时间段就来不及了。

所以，最好别铤而走险，能戴套一定要带。

我一直都戴套性交，而且没有任何症状的，只是小心驶得万年船，想问问大家怎么看？无套口交作为被动方会被感染吗？那些机构说几率几乎等于零，因为唾液会杀死hiv病毒什么

What’s the chance to get hiv in that case? The articles on those medical institutions said it’s likely 0 chance to get hiv with properly condem uses .
