This World cup so many nail biter moment, another GREAT match, well last half, between Argentina and Netherlands. So many ups and downs, glad to see Messei having another chance.

Morocco taking down giants, first Spain and now Portugal. It's good to see underdogs advancing. Great twist and turns so far in this world cup.

Messi looks like he reversed aged when it matter most. Wow, playing like he is in his 20s prime. One of the last few legends left in this tournament who can finally grab the world cup

Morocco should be super proud of themselves, they created chances and had a few grade A chances but some bad luck. Their run is legit and hopefully keeps getting better, good to see other nations improve.

congratulations to argentina what a nail biter of a game and to see them give up 2 different leads was very demoralizing , im glad messi could win before retirement from national team mbappe was unstoppable every time he touched the ball too, wild game

2022 WORLD CUP FINAL HIGHLIGHTS:

For those of you who missed watching the live telecast, the above is for you!

First of all, IMHO this is the BEST World Cup final, bar none!

Allow me to explain:

1.  Argentina led 2-0 at half time, a lot of soccer enthusiasts (including myself) would believe that it was game over for France, there was no way that France can come back with 3 goals to clinch the championship.

2.  France drew level at the end of official time - an impossible task.

3.  I was of the opinion that having levelled the score, France could beat Argentina easily in OT because the French team is on average, younger than Argentina, and let's face it, soccer is a young man's game; BUT Argentina scored first and had many opportunities to score one more.  Holy smokes, France equaled the score & had an one-on-one situation with Argentina goalie, to put Argentina's hopes to rest, BUT again, another unexpected surprise, Argentina's Golden Glove goalie, saved the day & what a save!

4.  With score still level after OT, then came the Penalty Kick which can go either way & Argentina was emotionally more stable (may be of age) & got the job done!

5.  Let me now talk about the world class goals:
a.  Argentina's 2nd goal showed a combination of eye-closed understanding, coordination, speed in the counter attack which combined to give Argentina the 2nd goal in the first half.
b.  France's 2nd goal in the 2nd half was a display of ball control & shooting with a volley which was just as fascinating!
c.  After the score was all even at 3 -3 and in the 2nd half of OT, Argentina's goalie was presented with an one Vs one situation & he saved the day by blocking a close range shot.  That was no small feat and what a drama!  Argentina goalie's saves at penalty kick cemented his well deserved win of the Golden Glove Award  after the game.
d.  Oh yes, Argentina's Messi won the Golden Ball Award, France's Mbapepe won the Golden Boot Award.

The above sums up why 2022's World Soccer Final
