US inflation is still rising, which they under report.  The world follows, so yeah things are not looking good.

美国1季度已经萎缩，2季度模型显示萎缩，若成真，就是技术上的经济衰退了

问题是这次的经济消退会持续多久。 还有就是今年的粮食会有短缺的， 加拿大不受影响，不过估计穷国家会饿死很多人。

One thing many people do not understand is that increasing interest rate cannot control the inflation caused by the commodities (food, gas, etc.)

Those idiots at the central banks know nothing about the real world. For f$#k sake Powell was a lawyer!

And there is nothing the central banks can do to control the price of the commodities

Using higher rate in this environment will just destroy the consumers and the economies.

I think even if they do know but they don't have any choice either.  The current cause of inflation in North America is a result of mis-managed monetary policy with their rampant QEs and global supplies issue.

I do agree most likely USA will enter a recession at this rate, if it isn't already in one.

衰退应该是不可避免的，不过也不用过度悲观吧，毕竟在加拿大，基础的生活保障还是没问题的。留一些现金储备着等待过冬，相信明后年应该就会有转机的
