Islay are peaty. In contrast whisky finish in a sherry cask are very sweet in comparison. Go get a Macallan double cask, can't go wrong.

Not sweet like an ice wine.... Not a dessert wine at all.

Sweet in the whiskey realm. Not sugary sweet.

Ardberg 10 years is my favorite.

I have not tried 響 and hakushou, they are so hard to find in liquor stores.

In addition to whiskey, I also like Henessy X.O.
