I’ve been and can tell you that you can’t go wrong with Annie, Suki and Jolie.
Though sometimes it’s a YMMV with Annie, those 3 are the pillars of this place.
Everyone else is a hit or miss.
And if you ask, they do offer insurance receipt if you ask.

Don't know much about Montreal, but over in Toronto almost every rub&tug spa, no matter how sketchy, would be willing to give you an "insurance receipt". After all, its just a written note that cost them nothing. Some sketchy spas even advertise that they provide insurance receipts in effort to lure cheap bros hoping to get a happy ending on their company's dime.
Good luck trying to get reimbursed for those "insurance receipts" though. Insurance providers aren't stupid. They know exactly what services you got at those places and you'll be lucky if you don't wind up on their blacklist.
