I have another number using esim for work purposes.

However, Samsung doesn't have esim option yet

7-11 is good in that you can go to the store and pay cash for the sim card and minutes, so there is no trail except your mug shot in their security camera, which gets erased after a month or 2.  If you buy your minutes online, you leave records your credit card number..  I also read that your cell phone leaves its ESN trail on the network...so you are best to buy an unlock phone for privacy purposes.  And if the cops really really want to catch you, they can tri-angulate your phone's position over time, so don't leave it on while you're sitting at home.  Instead, drive to a busy area before turning it on and using it.  

Maybe I'm just being paranoid.  :-)

下载一个Burner App，十几块一个月，有电话和短信功能。还可以隐藏，可以不用caller ID 也挺好。

The problem is that text and VOIP apps are detectable.  In fact, 2 years ago when I tried it, both BH and MW agency ignored me.  I don't know how they know, but MW told me they do not accept non-real phone numbers when I called them with google-voice with a 647 phone number.    I would love to hear about a VOIP+TEXT app that is undetectable from a real number.  I believe the agencies can either see it as being an APP, or they simply google your phone number to see if it falls under ROGERS/TELUS/etc.  The agencies I use tend to remember phone numbers and booking history, so no caller-ID is bad...
