Welcome Matt Murray, another Soo to the roster. Don't know what to think about this trade, maybe that's a good thing. Dubas's 50/50 moves usually works out, just wrap Murray in some bubble wrap, lol
Ilya Samsonov welcome to the Leafs. Murray and Samsonov tandem give us alot more confidence. Both guys are highly motivated, should make for good competition. Also, both have playoffs experience.
Let's go Dubas, what else you got up your sleeve? So far can't complain.

Matt Murray has two Stanley Cup rings - hopefully he will get his third one as a Maple Leaf.
He doesn't have Sidney Crosby leading the charge instead it's the likes of Matthews and Marner, the team lacks toughness and back checking, last season I saw Matthews just skate towards bench after his shot missed the net while the opposition counter
Season hasn't started, John Tavares already out for 3 weeks with oblique injury, if he doesn't fully recover I bet he will land on IR a few more times during season
C'mon guys you are celebrating too early the Toronto Maple Leafs are just like the trees, they are beautiful in October and part of November but then the team slumps when the trees have no more leaves in the winter months
