Mind saying who told you? I'm not asking for a specific name, but at least let us know if its someone who you personally know (a close friend or hunting buddy) that told you, or was it another keeper or mm that told you, or did you just read it from somewhere?
Furthermore, whoever the guy who told you. Was it their first-hand knowledge? Or did they just hear it from another guy (who could have heard it from another guy)?
We shouldn't help spread rumours. If everybody just repeats what they hear (or read) without verifying the source, then all it takes is one guy to make up a lie, then everybody who hears it repeats it, and next thing you know it becomes a "fact" that "everybody knows".
I'm not saying what you said is true or false. You could be right, I don't know. But to be fair to everybody involved, at least let us know how reliable your source is. |
