It is true. Those gov workers at CRA, as I was told by my accountant, take their time to answer the phone to the point average wait time is 3 hours.

Not because there are more calls. It is because they are working from home.

There are people who just can't work without supervision.

Yep, the few bad apples that ruin it for vast majority of population.

It's nice to eliminate commute, but honestly I prefer the separation between work and home.

Working from home is best if you have a dedicated home office or your work stops at a prompt time. Otherwise hard to separate work and home so you might end up working later
