BH management has to offer her something to stick around, I am telling you guys, if Irean left them I am positive they would lose 1/3 of their income. Stagnant roster not withstanding of course, they just need a new girl badly.

You think so? Irean has good service, but her face is so-so ... I think Jenny, Doris, and Nana are all better looking than her and offer similar levels of service.
BH does have very consistent service - quality is top notch and the attitude of all the girls is pretty good. Perhaps the weakest on the list is Elina.

I would have to agree here. Irean is just too fake. Her whole face is fake. Eyes, nose, cheeks. Even her breasts are fake. They are uneven. One nipple looks like its been bitten by too many wolves.
She has been in the industry far too long. Been ran through by too many men.
I think they took her off since if they kept her on customers would keep texting keeper about availability, which is a waste of their time. Then when they actually took her off they probably got even more texts asking if shes gone LOL. I do agree that bh needs some new blood and I hope with so many vaccinated Canada would be one of the few places new girls will look at as a safe place from covid and visit here for work.
