A house almost always has more than one girl, and sometimes the keeper is there as well. Compared to a condo which usually only has either just 1 person (the girl when she isn't serving a customer) or max 2 people (the girl and the customer) inside. So, more people equals more risk.
Risk of getting Covid goes up with more people.
Risk of getting robbed goes up when you have no idea who else is coming and leaving that house while you are butt naked in bed or in the shower. Robberies are common in this industry and the robbers gain entry by posing as customers. At a condo, robbers can't get in unless they physical break down the door (which never happens) because its a one-on-one setup and the girl is serving you so she's not going to open the door to another customer.
Risk of getting arrested is also much higher. With many people coming and going, neighbours may realize and call the cops. Just like with the scenario above, the cops could be in the house and you may not even know it untill they bust into the room and catch you with your pants down. Your chances of getting charged and convicted is also much higher since they may catch you in the middle of the act.
Because of privacy. When you are naked and most vulnerable, do you want random strangers entering and leaving and the premises with you totally unaware of what is going on outside your bedroom or bathroom door?
IMHO, for 2 girls of equal quality, if one works in a condo/hotel, and the other one works at a house, then the one at the house should charge a lower rate.
By going to a house, the customer takes on a higher risk. At the same time, the keeper profit margin is much higher since the cost of renting a house is only a little higher than a condo, but that expense is spread amongst several girls.
