Start small, try a week or a few days or something Use an app to block specific sites that you go to -- it'll at least make you think twice even if you can disable it, and stop it from being quite as much of an impulsive act.
It's extremely difficult to quit fapping for that long my man. But from my previous experience, I just did whatever I could to draw away my attention from women and porn. Like playing games and do sports.
There are apparently also some no-fapping groups on the discord for people to motivate each other. Maybe you could join one?
Anyway, it's a hell of an experience to stop fapping for months. And I would recommend you to do so!
