I exceeded the allowable 15' in writing and must rewrite:
Since my original post virtually disappeared, I will try to re-continue without losing the "flow":
The recent election results are:
Liberals ------------157 seats
Conservatives ----121
Quebecoi ---------- 32
NDP ---------------- 24
Green ----------------3
Independent --------1
Most likely JT will invite Q to form a coalition government, since JT said in the last Federal Election before becoming PM of Canadian, Quebecors are the best Canadian (Don't understand why the other candidates didn't attack JT on this statement).
So, L + Q = 189 seats.
Given that JT is a person of no moral principles after saying that Canada is a country of law when confronted with questions from the press re HuaWei, he then obstructed justice by coersing Justice Dept to let SNC off the hook. That was a major scandal, and fortunately, Liberals was a lopsided majority government, and nothing could be gone about it, then. However, if JT makes one false step in the 2nd term, the opposition could introduce a bill of no confidence which requires only 35 votes.
The Bill will then be discussed/debated in the Congress, and if there is a vote of 175 (All of Cs + some Qs + some NDP + some ship-jumping Ls), JT will be forced to dissolve the Parliament and call for a new election, which could then be JT's fall from grace.
God save Canada! |
