Fake book detectors
1. Does it feel hard or unnatural firm at top or at base?
2. Do they sag or droop when girl is lyiing flat on her back?  
3. Are there incision scars at the base of boob or arm pits?

7S test natural boob test: Drop a penny from 1 meter high on the Boob and if it bounces and hits you in the face then it's Fail !

I got a simpler and low tech  idea.  Find a sanitized medical needle and do a quick jab and see if it draws saline or silcone

P.S I sometimes jokingly in a casual tone  ask the MM directly  if fake or natural .  Most of the time they are honest

easy way to detect fake boobs, ask mm. they are usually honest. i ask all the time either though i know they have to be real, 'cause its A or B. it makes them giggle. and i said they look too nice to be real, so perky has to be fake
