if on highway no traffic set on cruse 19km/hr above limits
in town depends speed limits... but between 5-10 km/hr... a cop followed me once for 15 minutes i was between 1~8 km/hr above limit..
and school zone always stay at the limit... got alerted once near a school zone, ask me to slow down...but no fine...

everyone drive at least 115 km/hr on highway... i guess not big deal to just follow the lead
