Owning a car distracts you from your studies. Study hard, get a good job, probably start your own business later on and when $ start pouring in, buy a self-flying aircraft/equipment (should be available then) to take you to work + see your mistresses (plural) !
The major cost will be insurance, better to retail rent. Find a leasing/rental agency that does this. You can get a car for $500-$600 a month all inclusive. You don't own and can terminate the agreement within the agreed time.
