Just to answer OP with a solution.

Assuming you can get hard and climax at this once, the main issue of being able to climax multiple times quickly is a function of very short refractory period.

After climax, men releases prolactin. The more you have it in your body, the longer the refractory period. i.e. you can't get hard and climax again.

You can search online the term and there are tons of ways to reduce total prolactin level. Some supplements have short term effect if you really want to keep going for many times as long as you don't mind a sore dick for several days after.

They do not work at once even though those supplements supposed to help with sex.

Vits and supps are there to fix you up. If you are far below the baseline then taking these stuff takes weeks or even months to bring you back to a better level.

e.g. low testos can't be fixed overnight

thanks for the info, can you please suggest  some of the supplements. and from ur experience how effective  they are? is there any side aaffects?
