每次去casino，就设定好一个数目，输够就走。这个数目就是你的花费，去那里是为了玩的，这个数字就是游玩的花费，本来就要给的。能赢钱那是bonus。赌博其实不怕一直输，最怕是赢过一次客观的数目，一旦赢过一次，那种兴奋的快感，就忘不掉了，从此上瘾。

gambling at casino can be very bad if you are addicted.

but if you like that excitement from the uncertainty, it will take at least an amount of bet that you feel painful to get that high afterwards.

so it is absolutely addictive the moment you experienced that once.

and it is the same for people playing in the stock market.

there is really no responsible gaming when you are chasing the highs.

除非你是赌场/庄家，别赌了，再多钱都能GG。我爸年轻时候赚了很多很多钱，别问我都去哪儿了。我只知道我18岁就没花过家里一分钱，学费，后来的房子车子都是自己一点一点赚的。还有就是我从不去赌场，最多和很熟的朋友打一块钱以下的麻将，一年一次那种。
