I don't get how his hijacking isn't being punished. I'm beginning to suspect more and more that the admin is receiving payment from smal rain for his existence here.

Of course he is. Look at the recent posts of a few mms including Kitty independent. They are all this little rain's reviews. They write the same way and all of them start of by saying "本狼已在本论坛潜水一段日子从未发表任何评论". They are all his other usernames. From what I have realized, there are at least 3-5 posts that are started under him.
These are all little rains review, you can see majority of them started off by saying I havent wrote a review before. That's because they are just his other accounts that are used to talk shits. THis forum is dead lets go somewhere else....
