Dim-sum's price is currently higher than white meat! Also there is not much incentive to go longer than HH. If driving D/T + finding parking space are not an issue, it is less expensive to go for gwei-mui.

In my opinion, those dim sum keepers charging higher than market price will need to make sure that the quality and the services are also above average; otherwize, they are just digging a hole for their business.

the point is not $120, $140, $150 or $160. it is the services. what piss me off is charge more for less services. somehow the mms figure out they can get away with murder (less services). problem is we wolf brothers still line up for them.
i remember years ago when the russian and ukraine mms were flooding the market, they were mostly tall, slim, pretty and good services. suddenly they all disappeared. this market is repeating.
I ate white/brown meat more than 10 years la. Now my JJ was shrink. Can't sneak into the big hole.
The 2nd 10 years ate Korean. They all natural at that time including teddybear. Now, all had job done.
