Eating hotdogs & sausages are not "healthy living", but don't want to start a new "forum" for them. Anyway, how much do you know about hotdogs & sausages?

2. Vaccinate against Hep B. (Liver cancer is#2 killer)
3. Exercise (avoid obesity). (Obesity is a contributing factor but not the factor)
4. Balanced diet. (Sometimes dimsum, sometimes kimchi, sometimes white meat, sometomes porkchop. I added this. )

calories, e.g. 25 grams of sugar = 100 calories!
