what's 阅读权限 20?

Reviews that are incomplete are set at 20? Are you sure about this?
So once the missing information is filled out, the 20 permission is removed so that everyone can view it?

Reading permission 20 and profile chats seem quite a bit of work to get.

yes, I posted an incomplete review... age guess or picture similarity and it gets reading permission 20. When you fill out the information they will remove the reading level
