I know points are used to promote your rank.
But what is the use of MONEY? I got 2500, can I buy a French Fry or Can of Coke with it??? Or could I upgrade my booking of goddess such as C or B instead of waiting waiting waiting.
Please give me the good news, that this is just an USELESS gimmick is not acceptable. As I was super happy when Juicy asked me to be her friend, and super upset that it means nothing. It is like getting frequent flyer points and cannot be used for anything. It may achieved the opposite effect to customers (but then I am not 747 customer, as I never paid) that will got them mad.
Sometimes a company shines even after mistake due to the way the handle the issue, case in point, JNJ after the Tylenol scare and took back ALL bottles to make customers feel safe, earned their goodwill. |
