Traveling could be a new diet plan

I found that traveling for 2 weeks plus reduced my weight by 5 pounds.
Two reasons I can think of,

Lots of walking, no sitting in the car.

Strange diet, Find it hard to eat something clean not spiy not dirty.   Do not want to get diarrhea or use their diry toilet (except hotel toilet).  Ate snails and razor clam, beer as meal.  Some plan white bread.

Travelling is meaningless, once i was in Europe, travel ling across the west Europe ,only find myself lonely like a dog
