This Saturday it could be first ever 1 Bn  CAD Jackpot in history.

OK.  I will not miss the chance.  Already got a ticket for it. one chance out of 292 Mn.

I was thinking if someone rich enough with 292 Mn CASH and buy every SINGLE ticket for the draw,
If no one else share the pot with you, then YOU will be ahead even with tax payment (50%).

But if someone else (one or more) shares the pot, then you LOSE.  But can one claim a CAPITAL LOSS.

No ALL fun enterprises in TO and monopolize the whole market and raise all rates due to Declining CAD value.  Ship all MM to US to get strong USD.  Then even higher rates in TO.  What a plan eh?
