If there is any MM you like, then go see her more often when she is still working.
Also, write reviews so others can go support her.
MM's will stay longer if they have more business.
Wolves that selfishly try to keep good MM's as secret will just cause the MM to leave sooner.
Asking if anyone knows if a certain MM will come back is hopeless. Nobody knows.
Not even the MM herself will know for sure.
Often MMs plan to retire, but may return when they run out of money.
Other times, MM's may plan to return, but later find a better place (or another city) to work.
Also, if you ask the keeper, they will always lie and say the MM will come back soon. Because the keeper wants you to keep waiting and keep checking their shop ad.
