How to send JPG in the thread please?

I saw some pictures in the thread before. Could I get instructions to do so? There does not seem to be a HELP link.

Basically what you fill in is the hyperlink. A link to a pic I found on the Web.

Not sure if 747 hosts pics for us non-paying members.

I don't think 747 has a pic hosting option so you will have to upload it to somewhere first and then link it on here.
