When the mm kept answering the phone doing the massage

All private massage providers now do answer phone calls while massaging a customer, and there is no exception. Queen is the better one since she uses hand free, apparently she does not interrupt the massaging. I would suggest they all use hand free and answer the callers with standard phrases like these: "I apologize that I am busy at this moment, would you mind to call me again in xx mins. Thank you".
Then the customer would feel being respected and the massage provider would not lose a possible customer.

If the MM is willing to keep their phone off and away when they are working it will pay off as more customers will repeat and pre-book their appointments. MM do not have to work 7/24 to make good money because they have full control of their time and most likely they don't need to even advertising in SingTao which will lower their overhead cost and keep more money in their pocket.

totally agree.  Just like my last trip to MP.  Held me in room and collected $40.  Wait 15 minutes while she was busy with another client.  Very annoying.  No customer service.  But then MM said she needs money for tuition.  Cannot blame a MM who wants to graduate right.

agree.  I do not need young MPA with HJ.  But then that does get my juice out.
