It looks like Semaon Kidane began following the Toronto Police @1800222TIPS Twitter account shortly after the group began their sexual assaults and robberies last September. Probably seeing if they would get caught. Not seeing any mention of their names on the news, they probably got more confident and continued.

They solely rely on K-girls not reporting due to fear of being deported, but not every mm uses travel visa, some have Canadian passports, of course they will report the robbery, and every building has security cameras.
