求助: 照片和个人资料被盗用

我一位女性朋友是正经人家, 跟色情行业没半点系. 最近发现自己照片被盗用了放在色情广告上. 可能有些朋友都见过, 就是微信上自称高档援交的. 我朋友跟他们完全不认识, 但照片和个人资料都被盗用了. 多次联系对方要求把照片删除都不被理睬. 请问大家, 除了报警可有什么办法? 毕竟自己在明对方在暗, 把事情搞大了怕被报复.

Unfortunately I have bad news for you and your friend. There really isn't anything you can do about it. Even if you report it to the cops they aren't going to do anything for you. They are lazy and tend to ignore these minor complaints. You will fill in a complaint form and they will promise to look into it but they never will.

And of course the agent will just ignore your requests to remove the ad. Agencies that care about their reputation will never use fake pics to begin with. Even if they do use fake pics they will download pics of some celebrity off the internet instead of stealing the pics of a local girl off facebook or instagram. These are fly by night piece of shit scamming agencies that will do this to your friend and unfortunately these type of agencies' methodology is to rip off as many customers as possible using any tactic they can pull off in as short time as possible before shutting down and then restarting under a new name. Appealing to them, complaining to them, threatening them, publicizing them and shaming them won't do you any good. They just won't care.

我以前也有个朋友的照片被盗用. 因为她长得漂亮身材又好所以很多男生喜欢她. 后来有人发现她的照片被被放上微信私做广告她当然有澄清, 但还是有些男生怀疑会否是真的. 相信也有部份宅男抱着希望真的是她而跑去试了. 我觉得那些黑鸡头就是抓着屌丝们这种既用鸡巴思想又不想放弃任何机会的心态.

First of all, that is wrong and illegal. Using one illegal method to combat another is not a wize choice. Furthermore, the victim is a girl, so she cannot do it herself. Finding someone else to do it for her leads to a whole different set of problems which we will leave aside.

Secondly, what you proposed can backfire. Instead of punishing the wrongdoers, it may actual help her. If she is one of those C9 MMs that has been doing this for many years and all her friends already know about it, then she may not even care but would even welcome the free promotion being given to her.

Lastly, your method may target the wrong person. The wrongdoer may not be the MM but a scumbag agent behind who wouldn't care because they are just out to make a quick buck.

Post to who's 微信? The victim's? The poor girl probably doesn't want any further attention or trouble. No normal  person would want to put that kind of stuff on their own private account. And getting back to the original problem of who will be the one to go pay for the service and record the process. This is not even a question of money but if the victim is a young girl then her male friends are likely young guys who would not want to do a C9 even if for free.

Not everybody has that kind of money or wants to spend that kind of money.

You don't understand how the police works. Many people don't. You guys operate under the mistaken assumption that the police will do something. The odds are they won't. If you were ever involved in a robbery or house break-in, you would probably know. All that ever gets done is the paperwork and that's it. Given that this is just a couple of pics, not sexual assault or robbery, the poor girl probably doesn't want the additional trouble of reporting it.
